Eliana Arroyo-Dech

Eliana is a local native who has lived and worked throughout Montgomery, Berks, Chester, Philadelphia, and Delaware counties. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Shippensburg University's AACSB Accredited School of Business, and has been working in the Philadelphia Suburban Real Estate market since January 2020. She received what she calls her "extensive crash course" in real estate through assisting in over 150 homes sales in just her first 2.5 years of her real estate career. This has given her competitive edge, not just in helping her clients buy and sell real estate in an ever changing competitive market, but in helping oversee and improve efficiencies in our team's overall operational processes as our Executive Operations Manager. She also assists our team and clients with pre-listing preparation, such as custom staging consultations, and overseeing all of our marketing and resource guides.
