Brad is the full-time Director Of Sales and Listing Specialist for the Moore Maguire Team, and uses nearly a decade in sales experience to help lead his sales agents and clients to success within their real estate endeavors. He has been awarded numerous times for both personal & team success, and plans to grow even deeper within the community to help serve those with real estate needs. Alison Maguire

Alison is the Co-CEO and Director Of Operations for the Moore Maguire Team, and leads the group in developing strategies, meeting goals, and carrying out the company vision. With over 15 years of sales experience and personally owning and managing investment real estate, she has crafted a well- rounded understanding of the real estate market, contract negotiation and how to lead and operate a thriving, functional team. Alison consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of both clients and staff, ensuring that the overall experience of her business is met to the highest of standards. Eliana Arroyo-Dech

EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER | REALTOR®

Eliana is a local native who has lived and worked throughout Montgomery, Berks, Chester, Philadelphia, and Delaware counties. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Shippensburg University's AACSB Accredited School of Business, and has been working in the Philadelphia Suburban Real Estate market since January 2020. She received what she calls her "extensive crash course" in real estate through assisting in over 150 homes sales in just her first 2.5 years of her real estate career. This has given her competitive edge, not just in helping her clients buy and sell real estate in an ever changing competitive market, but in helping oversee and improve efficiencies in our team's overall operational processes as our Executive Operations Manager. She also assists our team and clients with pre-listing preparation, such as custom staging consultations, and overseeing all of our marketing and resource guides. Eliana is passionate, transparently honest, believes that little details matter, and that you should always go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
