What’s The Process being an Agent

  • Do I Get Paid? Yes, we love working with buyer's agents! All you have to do is let us know who your client is prior to your client submitting their offer/bid
  • Unlocking More Inventory: Traditionally, Auction properties have been off-market and we are bringing it to the mainstream marketing sales channels, to unlock more inventory/opportunities for you and your clients!
  • How Can I Help my Clients When Bidding on Auction Properties? Your main role at this stage is to be their advisor, your client will be the one to submit their bid. Help them determine an appropriate offer price and abide by all the normal fiduciary duties on advisement. Be sure to explain to them that auction property sales differ from other real estate sales in that they are all in as-is condition with no inspections and no other contingencies.
