We have been getting questions like, "When I go to sell my home, should I get a stucco inspection? Should I get a septic inspection? How will these help me sell my home?" Great questions! Here's what we have to say about stucco and septic inspections.

You absolutely need to make sure you get a septic inspection AND stucco inspection done prior to going on the market if your property has septic/stucco. These types of inspections help ensure that you get to settlement on time and enhance buyer confidence once you go under contract as well. Buyers will be more likely to accept your terms if they know certain inspections have already been passed.

If you decide not to do your septic or stucco inspection, you do run the risk of potentially having your system not pass, possibly delaying settlement, or it would kill the deal. So make sure to get these inspections done so that you can sell your home seamlessly! If you have any questions, please reach out. We would be more than happy to answer all your questions so that you feel at ease throughout your home selling/buying process.
