Moore Maguire Team Retreat Recap: A Day of Connection, Vision, and Growth at Grace Winery header image.

On February 5, 2025, the Moore Maguire Team gathered for our Annual Company Retreat at the beautiful Inn at Grace Winery in Chadds Ford, PA. This is a long-standing tradition on our team that has grown and evolved with us as we have. We are a real estate team that prides itself on its company culture, and this annual retreat gives our team members additional time to connect outside of our office in West Chester, PA. Each member of our team not only is the perfect fit for their role, based off their strength zone, but also shares our teams core values of FAMILY, TRUST, LOYALTY, and INTEGRITY.


Starting off The Day: Focusing on Mindset

We are very intentional about creating an atmosphere where our team members are able to get into the right headspace to practice gratitude, embrace connection, and set beautiful intentions, not just for the day, but for the upcoming year. We attended the Tony Robbins UPW Conference in Camden, NJ in November 2024 so we kicked off the day watching a short Tony Robbins video and doing the Tony Robbins priming exercise while also enjoying the breakfast buffet with orange juice, water, and coffee that Grace Winery Provides.


TEAM STRENGTH: Recognizing and Celebrating Excellence


After clearing our minds, we took the time to acknowledge the unique strengths of each team member. Recognizing these talents isn’t just about celebrating individual achievements – it’s about building a stronger, more connected team that functions like a well-oiled machine. From understanding how each member contributes to our collective success to reinforcing how important teamwork is in the real estate journey, this session helped us reflect on how we work together and reminded us of the strengths others see in us that we may not always see in ourselves.


TEAM REFLECTION

As a team built around shared core values and a strong inner culture we like to take the time to connect and ensure that we are all aligned and “rowing in the same direction.” We go back over our core values, any team updates, and mastermind around ways we can take our quality of service to the next level. We believe in innovation and making sure that we are servicing our clients to the highest level, so constantly collaborating on ways we can make our already 5-star google ranked real estate services even better.


TEAM VISIONS: Setting Bold Goals for 2025

One of the highlights of the retreat was our discussion on big visions. We dreamt big, strategized, and got excited about where we see the Moore Maguire Team as a whole is heading in the next year and beyond. Setting these ambitious goals is about more than just growth – it's about how we can help our clients achieve their real estate dreams in new and innovative ways.

INDIVIDUAL VISIONS

In addition to building a high-quality, service focused business that specializes in the Philly Suburban real estate market, we also believe in the Keller Williams “Building a Life worth Living”. Where it is equally as important to ensure that each and every real estate agent and backend team member feel fulfilled and passionate in both their career and personal lives. Each year we have each person present their current vision board and then we as a team ask questions to know more about it or talk through potential ways to help them make their visions a reality with a solid action plan. It has been a great tradition to watch as each team member has checked items off their board each year, and to watch their boards evolve as their lives have.


PERSONAL CONNECTIONS: Getting to Know One Another Even Better


The day wasn’t all work – we also took time to connect on a personal level. We learned more about each other’s hobbies, passions, and individual goals, which only deepened our understanding of how we can collaborate and support each other. This connection is key to fostering a healthy, motivated team, and it translates directly into the way we work with clients. When we understand one another better, we can work more harmoniously together, providing you with the most seamless real estate experience possible.


At the Moore Maguire Team, we believe that every retreat, every meeting, and every conversation serves a bigger purpose. It’s all about building our business in a way that allows us to not only provide our clients with the highest level of service and expertise, but that we as team members are feeling fulfilled, passionate, and supported.
