Eliana Arroyo-Dech

Eliana is a long-time, local resident of the Greater Philadelphia area. She is originally from Berks county, was raised in Montgomery county, worked throughout Delaware County, and has lived in both Chester and Philadelphia counties, giving her a wide, extensive range of knowledge of the area and the different markets. Eliana has assisted with over 150 transactions in her 2.5 years in the industry through her role as an executive assistant, buyer's agent, jr. listing agent, and marketing manager. She has developed a strong sense of know-how to help her clients not only find their dream home, but get the deal done and make the most out of any market. Whether a first-time home buyer, seasoned vet, or anywhere in between, she is passionate about making sure that her clients are fully informed and comfortable with every step in the process through clear, consistent communication. It is her priority that clients find not just a house, but a true HOME to call their own. Her skill in negotiation paired with her Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from Shippensburg University's AACSB accredited school of business, has made her an asset in helping sellers market their home for maximum exposure to get maximum return.
