Interest Rates

While interest rates are climbing, if you look at the big picture, we are still historically low! It is more important that buyers focus on AFFORDABILITY rather than interest rates. 

Inventory

We are reaching some record low inventory. We also do not see a shift in inventory yet based on spreadsheets. However, people are still looking to buy and sell in the upcoming quarters. It is a matter of supply and demand. As the supply goes down, the demand goes up! Our advice? If you are looking, get in the game! 

Home Prices

We are still seeing the trends continue as prices are rising. Again, home prices come down to supply and demand. What do we predict? The prices will most likely continue to increase. The entire real estate market is very fluid and all parts play off of each other.
