How To Price Your Home In Chester County For Maximum Engagement!
Written by Brad Moore
In today’s market, what should you be pricing your home? This blog post is not “how to evaluate your home’s worth” (We actually have a Home Evaluation Tool for that, so go check it out!). This is a post that will teach you how to get the maximum exposure on your listing online by pricing it right the first time.
Today’s consumer, the buyer, is
searching homes in round numbers and $25,000 increments. For example,
$300,000, $325,000, $350,000, $375,000, $400,000. If the home is priced at
$350,000 and a buyer searching between $300,000-$350,000, you’re in the search
results. If the buyer is searching between $350,000-$400,000, you are still in
the same search results! Now think if you had listed your property at $349,900.
You are now only in one search result. It’s super important to consider
the $25,000 increments and the round numbers.
If you’re curious about what your
home may be worth in today’s market, check out our free home evaluation tool (Access this FREE tool right here). It will give you a “ballpark” number of what you could be selling your home
for!
