As we enter 2025, we’re reflecting on the incredible successes of 2024. From major milestones to client triumphs, The Moore Maguire Team had a record-breaking year. Here’s a look back at what made this past year unforgettable—and a sneak peek at what’s to come!
2024 Highlights: Milestones Worth Celebrating
$47+ Million in Sales: We had the privilege of helping OVER 80 families find or sell their perfect homes.
10 Years of Excellence: This year marked our 10th anniversary, a decade of building trust, delivering results, and serving our community.
Top 100 Recognition: In March 2024, we were honored to be named among the Top 100 Teams in the Greater PA Region for closed sales production. As well as Diamond Production Level.
180+ 5-Star Reviews: By December, we had earned 184 glowing reviews, a testament to the satisfaction and trust of our clients.
Hannah Costello Joins the Team: This year, we welcomed Hannah Costello, whose passion and expertise have already made a big impact.
Expansion of Coverage: Not only did we extend our coverage even further throughout Chester County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and Berks County, but we have also expanded into Delaware state and to the Jersey Shore
Partnership With Briggs Auction: We partnered with Briggs Auction to offer an even fuller service option and unlock even more inventory for YOU!
Collaboration with Horse of DE: With multiple 20+ acre Luxury Listing Properties with Fully Equipped Horse Stables we knew our interest pool extended far past the Greater Philadelphia Suburbs, so in order to get in front of the most amount of potential buyers for our sellers we collaborated with Horse of DE Valley and their wide stream of Equestrian Connections for Showcasing Our Listings

Even MORE Events & Trainings:
For our clients this year we hosted multiple B2B Networking Events for local business owners, through a 10th Anniversary Bash, and hosted our first ever Brunch with Santa.
For our team members we held our Annual Team Retreat at Grace Winery, Monthly Team Trainings with Guest Speakers across various aspects of our business and related fields, Happy Hours, Brunches, Team Photoshoots, and went to the Tony Robbins UPW!
